  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Meet sales goals through product knowledge and customer engagement.
  • Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
  • Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift merchandise.
