Retail Sales Executive for Pampanga (Full-time | Onsite | Regular Employment)

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and help them discover electronic cigarette products
• Explain product features and conduct guided trials for adult consumers
• Handle sales transactions, product customization, and customer registration
• Provide after-sales support, including product checks, returns, and replacements
• Deliver excellent customer service aligned with company standards
• Support sales targets and maintain store presentation

Requirements

• College level or above (at least 2 years undergraduate)
• Confident, charismatic, and customer-oriented
• Good communication skills (English or Taglish)
• With customer service experience
• Sales or retail experience is a plus
• Willing to work shifting schedules
