The Analyst - Risk Management will support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Data Privacy Act (DPA) compliance. This role involves developing policies, frameworks, and procedures to manage risks, ensure organizational resilience, and maintain data protection compliance.

This is a Hybrid set-up

Key Responsibilities:

• ERM: Develop and implement ERM systems, policies, and reports; promote risk management awareness; support senior management in identifying key risks.
• BCM: Develop and update BCM policies and procedures; conduct tests and exercises; ensure BCM awareness across the organization.
• DPA Compliance: Assist the Data Protection Officer in ensuring DPA compliance.

General Responsibilities:

• Adhere to health, security, and safety regulations.
• Follow company core values and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
