* Maintain core customers (financial institutions, Visa/Mastercard service providers, high-net-worth users) and establish long-term strategic cooperative relationships.

* Explore customer needs and customize payment solutions.

3. Marketing Strategy and Brand Building:

* Formulate regional market promotion plans, and combine online and offline activities to enhance brand influence.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to plan marketing content, highlighting the compliance, global coverage, and rebate advantages of TEVAU Card.

* Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze user behavior and market trends to optimize product fee structures, rebate models, and cooperation strategies.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in finance, economics, marketing, or related fields.

2. More than 3 years of business development experience in the financial industry or fintech companies, familiar with the payment/cross-border settlement field, and those with Visa/Mastercard cooperation resources are preferred.

3. Excellent business negotiation skills, able to independently complete the whole process from proposal to signing.

4. Language skills: Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (frequent communication with Hong Kong and international clients is required).

5. Good image and temperament, with an international perspective and cross-cultural communication skills.

6. Strong interest in the Web3 payment track, and understanding of basic blockchain concepts and compliance frameworks.

Bonus points: Possess resources in the cryptocurrency industry (exchanges, OTC platforms, compliance service providers); familiar with Hong Kong/Shenzhen financial policies and regulatory dynamics.
