Conduct regular, unannounced visits to various store branches
Assess and document cleanliness, organization, and overall store appearance
Evaluate product presentation, freshness, quality, and stock availability
Observe and report on customer service delivery and compliance with brand standards
Provide feedback to store teams and management based on audit results
Collaborate with operations teams to recommend and follow up on corrective actions
Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights
Assist in developing standardized processes and checklists to ensure consistency and efficiency across operations

Syarat-syarat

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
Must have valid driver's license and amenable to drive 4-wheel vehicle
Prior experience in quality assurance, food service, or retail auditing preferred
Strong attention to detail and observational skills
Excellent communication, and reporting abilities
Ability to work independently and manage travel schedules
Familiarity with bakery operations or food safety standards is a plus
