Purpose

Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of automation solutions to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain automation scripts and applications.
• Ensure coding standards and compliance are followed.
• Prepare documentation and reports for projects and audits.
• Support software releases, updates, and user training.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web development (Python, Django/Flask, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Knowledge of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Experience with AI/ML integration into applications.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and project ownership from design to deployment.
• Team player, able to work independently when needed.
