• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement safety programs and training initiatives for employees.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, documenting findings and proposing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with management and local authorities regarding safety matters.
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and training sessions.
• Reviews and approves all subcontractors safety plans.
• Any other tasks that may assign from time to time

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Certificate in Safety Officer II (SO2) or a related field
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a safety role
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
