Sales Engineer / Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Generate prefab fence & container van sales for EasyHomes covering areas: Quezon City, Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation/closing, collection.
• Launch the new prefab housing technology - lead the product launch.

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or any related Engineering courses; or Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or related business courses

Professional Eligibility

• With a valid Philippine Driver’s License (restriction codes applicable for 4-wheeled vehicles)
• Must be willing and able to travel for client visits, site inspections, and business development activities

Experience Level

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – ideal for trainees with fresh perspectives, eagerness to learn, and high adaptability
• Experience in sales, construction materials, prefabricated housing, or related fields is an advantage but not required

Location Preference

• Residing in the northern part of NCR, Bulacan, or Pampanga for better coverage of the target sales territory

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a sense of accountability
• Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, or prefabricated systems (training will be provided)
• Negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sheets, Slides)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is a plus (for Sales Engineers)
