Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts.
Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs and propose appropriate products, services, or campaigns.
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
Work toward achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Upsell or cross-sell relevant products to maximize account potential.
Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver on client expectations.
Monitor the implementation of agreed deliverables and ensure timely delivery.
Provide regular updates to clients on performance metrics and campaign results.
Maintain accurate records of account activity using CRM tools.
Provide regular reports on client status, sales forecasts, and account performance
Track contract renewals, client feedback, and potential risks to the account.

Syarat-syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
