Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for an eager and detail-oriented Account Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience who want to grow their career in account management and sales support. You will help manage client and partner relationships, assist in daily account activities, and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of client and supplier accounts to maintain smooth and positive relationships.
• Assist with account activities such as endorsing vehicles for posting on the Sales Website and coordinating inspections.
• Help generate leads, explore new opportunities, and support outreach efforts.
• Join meetings with clients and partners to provide assistance and gain professional experience.
• Assist in preparing account updates and reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Provide general support in negotiations, deal closures, and resolving basic client concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Account Management (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).
• Good communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Organized, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Interest in client service, account handling, and business development.
• Background in Non-Life Insurance (Motor Insurance) is a plus but not required.
