Description

• Checks and verifies patient’s medical record and advice for final status, pending, repeat test, or additional test and directs the patient to the cashier for charging of the test prior to undergoing the examination.
• Coordinates with Follow-up MD’s and PEME Accounts Specialist by endorsing and referring a patient's medical status for evaluation, updates, and special endorsements.
• Coordinates and refers to Processing MDs for patients with expired medical records for screening, evaluation, and approval prior to the re-medical.
• Monitors and follow-up medical test results by calling and coordinating with different Testing Units for updates and reviews of Medical Doctors.

Requirements

• College graduate, or holder of a vocational or associate degree
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Computer Literate
• Good in communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Able to establish professional customer relations
• Self-starter and ability to multitask
• Pleasing personality and customer service oriented
• Keen to details, reliable, and good time management skills
• Very good clerical skills
• Experience in medical field is a plus but not required
• Can start ASAP
