Responsibilities

•  Build strong relationships with corporate, government, and group clients; manage a portfolio of existing accounts; identify and develop new prospects.
• Proactively solicit group and catering business; conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections; upsell services to maximize revenue.
• Develop sales strategies, analyze industry trends, and report on sales activities, client responses, and competitive information to management.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, write contracts, and ensure accurate account management in hotel systems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field is often required.
• 3-5+ years of proven sales experience in the hotel/hospitality industry, with a track record of exceeding targets.
•  Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English (and often other languages).
• Ability to build and maintain strong client/corporate/agency relationships.
• Mastery in negotiating complex contracts and closing high-value deals with significant revenue potential.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, works independently, and can lead/mentor.
• Problem-solving, time management, organization, and data-driven decision making. 
• Experience with large groups or specific hotel segments (e.g., luxury, lifestyle)
• Knowledge of booking systems and sales processes is a plus
• High emotional intelligence, professional presence, and the ability to work independently or lead a small team.
