About the Role:

• As an Account Executive, you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their vision is executed through thoughtful planning, excellent service, and seamless coordination.
• You’ll collaborate closely with our design, fabrication, and styling teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and client communications from initial contact to post-event follow-ups
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and client pitches
• Manage timelines, bookings, and project execution
• Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams
• Maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
• Contribute to marketing strategies, social media, and promotions
• Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns professionally
