What You'll Do: As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing projects from the initial quotation stage all the way through to successful project completion. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Client Engagement: Making regular calls and attending local sales meetings to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Product Presentation: Demonstrating our extensive product line and showcasing the benefits of our fabrics and interior fit-outs.
• Sales & Negotiation: Presenting survey reports, layouts, and project proposals to potential clients, and effectively handling questions and objections.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Building a prospect list and developing new accounts to expand our market reach.
• Customer Support: Counseling customers on their project challenges and providing effective solutions.
• Project Management: Managing all aspects of projects from quotation to completion of projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Team Collaboration: Attending sales meetings and contributing to the overall success of the team.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's/college degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and objectives (for experienced candidates).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn (especially for fresh graduates).
• Experience in the construction industry and interior fit-out is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
