1. Source and probe for potential clients through various methods such as cold calling, social media snipping, referrals, and networking.
2. Explain policy terms & conditions, options, coverage, premiums, and option & terms of payment to clients.
3. Complete necessary paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks for policy issuance timely and accurately
4. Maintain accurate record of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions in the in-house system.
5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries in a professional, relevant, and timely manner.
6. Make it a point to achieve his/her set goal as defined and advised by the Company from time to time.
7. Perform other related duties assigned by the Management as the business direction requires.

Requirements:

• At least College Level
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge and experience in Sales is an advantage
