Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to members and those who seek assistance by answeirng questions about products and services
• Adhere to meet set schedules, deadlines, and quotas
• Maintain relationships with current customers by providing product information and promotional offers
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
• Accurate encoding of data

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Preferably with sales or marketing background (internship, work experience)
