Position: Sales Coordinator (Administrator)

Work Schedule: Weekends Off (8:30AM to 5:30PM)

Salary: Php 30,000 - Php50,000 (Negotiable depending on years of working experience)

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 1 year of working experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and monthly customer monitoring, as well as processing orders and similar tasks.
• With experience using any Software is an advantage.
• Willing to work on site
• Willing to attend face to face interview once requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide quotes that satisfy the branch's profitability requirements
• As needed, prepare and submit trade insurance claims.
• Manage direct customer billing and ensure timely submission of the bills.
• Create monthly reports on accounts receivable.
• Handle and keep an eye on credit applications from customers.
• Fill out forms for vendor accreditation.
• Engage with clients to resolve any problems.
• Work with the accounting manager to complete Official Receipts, Collection Receipts, and other required forms.
• answering questions about subcontractor invoices and conducting account reviews.
• Order processing
• Organize material delivery and returns in coordination with the logistics department.
• Execute Ad Hoc Assignments
