The Sales & Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth and brand visibility for PCON International. This role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, and promoting the company's products and services to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Marketing:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Manage the company's digital presence, including website content and social media platforms.

• Coordinate with the design team to create promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

• Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

• Organize and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the product and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide feedback from clients and prospects to support product development and enhancements.

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing,
• Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
• Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
