A Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. They oversee sales teams, create marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and ensure the company achieves its revenue goals. This role combines strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands-on execution.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Management

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities, including digital marketing, content creation, and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with product development, operations, and customer service teams to align strategies.
  • Communicate sales and marketing insights to the leadership team.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and materials.

Performance Analysis

  • Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize outcomes.

Syarat-syarat

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management (typically 5+ years).
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Skills and Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
