La Theoz Real Estate Solution Services Inc. is a growing real-estate company specializing in residential sales, leasing, and property management across Metro Manila.

We are expanding our Sales Division and hiring Sales & Marketing Executive to help manage leads, support clients, and coordinate sales operations both online and onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform telecalling and appointment setting for potential buyers
• Assist clients online and onsite during property presentations and viewings
• Coordinate with developers, brokers, and clients for documents and unit availability
• Prepare sales contracts, proposals, and reports
• Support in open-house events and sales campaigns
• Maintain lead records via CRM and Google Sheets
• Collaborate with marketing for social-media and listing promotions

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate – preferably in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or any business-related course
• With at least 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service (real-estate experience a plus)
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer literacy and social-media knowledge
• Has own laptop and stable internet connection
• Professional, organized, and goal-oriented
• Willing to do fieldwork (client meetings and property viewings)
• Can start immediately
