Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility both online and offline.
• Manage social media, content creation, and community engagement
• Coordinate with teams for events and promos
• Analyze campaign performance and consumer trends to refine strategies
• Collaborate with partners for joint promotions and events
• Identify new suppliers and establish partnerships with retailers to expand the reach of ORGA products.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in FMCG or retail
• A solid grasp of branding, digital marketing, and content strategy
• Exceptional communication and writing abilities
• Highly organized and capable of working independently
• Basic graphic designing or content editing skills (such as Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
