Required Experience:

> Must be a graduate of Customs Administration or related course.

> Background in Customs Brokerage & Logistics.

> 2 to 5 years experience as a Manager

> Proven experience in Customs Brokerage and/or Customs Administration

> Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

> Has Strong negotiation skills in expanding the Sales niche

> Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics software is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

> Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.

> Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed sales goals.

> Track and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare regular reports on team progress.

> Identify new market opportunities and spearhead lead generation initiatives.

> Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

> Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and optimize results.

> Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

> Conduct market research and competitor analysis to anticipate industry trends.

> Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards.

> Able to forecast Profit and Loss
