• Provide daily assistance to the Business Unit Head in sales and marketing functions
• Prepare and maintain sales trackers, reports, and presentations
• Support the planning and coordination of promotions, campaigns, and events
• Interface with Sales, Digital Marketing, Graphic Artist, and Trading teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of activities
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and meeting notes
• Assist in client-facing duties when required (events, inquiries, or follow-ups)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Preferably with 1 year of experience in sales/marketing support (fresh graduates considered)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva/CapCut/Adobe is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills (English & Filipino)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work across multiple teams
• Flexible and willing to assist in both internal coordination and occasional client-facing situations
