Job description:

• Generate new sales leads and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare and present customized catering proposals.
• Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and food tastings.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Manage social media content and online inquiries.
• Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after events.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain client records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in catering, food services, hospitality, or events is a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge in digital marketing and social media management.
• Customer-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
