Provide comprehensive support to the sales team including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, reports, and inventory information. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist in processing orders, invoices, and contracts. Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Finance, and Customer Support to keep clients updated on order status.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or administrative roles.
Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in report generation.
Working Conditions: Onsite office setting, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Qualities and Traits: Must be organized, proactive, and possess strong coordination skills.
