We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of the company, helping customers find products, answering their queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your role is key in driving sales, supporting the sales team, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service in-store or over the phone
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-stocked
• Handle customer queries, complaints, or returns professionally and promptly
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
• Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and receiving deliveries
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and store goals

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
• Basic numeracy and computer skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
