Penerangan

Manage and file purchase orders and delivery receipts, ensuring timely processing and proper documentation
Process and generate barcodes for items scheduled for delivery to stores ensuring accuracy and alignment with inventory and logistics systems
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to support timely order fulfillment and delivery
Coordinate with sales associates regarding deliveries, stock movements, promotional setups, and product availability at store level
Prepare weekly store delivery and pull-out schedules based on submitted purchase orders and pull-out forms from sales associates, ensuring alignment with inventory and logistics
Supporting the team with any additional administrative tasks as required

Syarat-syarat

Job Title: Sales Assistant
Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in customer inquiries, maintain accurate reports, and coordinate sales activities.
Working Conditions: Office environment, regular working hours with potential for overtime.
Qualities and Traits: Proactive, friendly, team-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
