• Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business or existing customers.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets whenever possible.
• Assist in creating trade letters, product enrollment, promo enrollment, and all other things that Key Account Managers needed assistance to.
• Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.

Qualifications:

Although this area of work is open to all graduates or undergraduates. Preferably with courses related to:

• Business Management.
• Business Administration
• Marketing
