Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally and determine their vehicle needs and interests.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all dealership vehicles, financing options, warranties, and current promotions.
• Present pricing and financing options clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Negotiate terms in alignment with dealership policies and guidelines.
• Accurately complete sales paperwork and submit it to appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed dealership sales targets.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and training opportunities.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in automotive or retail sales preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (IS A PLUS)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday
