Position Description

A Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting diverse business areas, including Life Sciences, Molecular Diagnostics, and other related support functions with the many operational tasks associated with the company’s sales environment.

  • You will collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to fulfill the Quote-To-Order cycle as needed. You will work on CRM data management focusing on account and contact records. You will ensure completion of other administrative tasks such as fulfillment of documents, and inquiry management. You will correspond with Sales Teams to ensure alignment on process updates within the organization.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree of any course
  • Prior sales support or coordination experience in high-activity sales environment is preferred
  • 1 – 3 years professional work experience is strongly preferred - Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools – Excel, PPT
  • Salesforce.com and SAP experience is preferred.

Personal Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities and undertake challenging tasks and/or projects.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while under the guidance of a manager.
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to complex processes according to general specifications and individual objectives.
  • Strong listening, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
