Summary of Functions

Responsible in managing the delivery of products on his assigned sites including cash collections

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Performs service on site based on daily plan schedule
2. Deliver quality service to client by providing standard – refiling , cleanliness and hygiene (serve as Service Ambassador)
3. Perform basic trouble shooting of machines
4. Conducts accurate reading of machine counters
5. Submits daily reports on time ( both manual and digital – Go Canvas , Telemetry etc.)
6. Report technical concerns to supervisor and secure TC from Customer Care department
7. Collects proceeds from paying accounts /machines and ensure compliance with standard requirements of Treasury submission of clear photo of cash counter of machine and on time remittance of cash collection to cashier
8. Acts as delivery driver , service refiller and collector at the same time
9. Monitor and submit odometer readings from one site to another using daily trip log/ticket
10. Submits Daily Accomplishment Reports ( DAR ) to supervisor
11. Attends to daily huddle , weekly alignment and other route meetings as needed

Food Safety Requirements /Responsibilities

1. A basic knowledge on cGMP , Food Safety requirements and other applicable standards
2. Complies to established standards set for food safety , cGMP and other applicable standards on assigned work area
3. Helps the team by identifying , monitoring , examining the system and product process and performing verification procedures

Organizational Relationships

Reports directly to the Route Supervisor and ensures that the route schedule for the day are carried out efficiently

A college level education with basic driving skills . With strong work ethics , dependable, has positive attitude , self-motivated , team oriented , effective communicator and flexible

Physical Demands

Physically and mentally fit to cope with the demands of work responsibilities to maintain the efficient management of the company’s resources

Work Environment

A clean working environment is required to ensure that cGMP and other applicable standards are being implemented in the company to ensure quality products are delivered to the clients . Does field work to deliver products at the customer site and collects cash sales and surrender to their assigned cashier station
