The Global Marketing Team at Transcom is expanding, and we’re seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Lead to bolster our North American and Asia-specific sales and marketing activities. Transcom is a leader in innovative customer experience solutions, supporting over 200 clients globally, including both pioneering start-ups and established enterprises. Our marketing team, though small, is agile and impactful, driving initiatives across brand, demand generation, and conversion strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with sales and marketing leadership, driving go-to-market (GTM) plans and ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with our B2B marketing objectives and supports our global sales teams.
• GTM Alignment: Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to create and drive go-to-market (GTM) plans that align with key business objectives and target markets.
• Sales Tools & Systems: Implement and manage sales enablement tools and systems, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the organization.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
• Collaboration with Research Team: Partner with our research team to gain insights into key industries and personas, translating those insights into actionable sales content and messaging.
• Sales & Marketing Alignment: Foster strong collaboration between sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, goals, and objectives.
• Data Mining: Sourcing company and contact information to fuel sales teams with for individual sales pursuits.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must...

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales enablement role, within a B2B environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales strategies, with experience in the BPO or tech industry preferred.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Proactivity: A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
