Solar Systems Philippines, Inc., which is engaged in the sales and installation of solar renewable products is URGENTLY hiring for this position and join us in the renewable energy sector and help accelerate the transition to clean, sustainable power. We're looking for a results-driven and strategic Sales Engineer / Account Executive to join our dynamic solar energy team!

1. Promote and sell solar energy systems to residential and commercial customers
2. Present proposals and educate clients on cost savings and environmental benefits
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and property owners
4. Achieve monthly sales targets and report sales activities to management
5. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and operations team for smooth project delivery

Qualifications:

1. Experience in sales, customer service, or account management (solar or real estate experience is a plus)
2. Preferably with background in selling to residential and/or commercial client markets (real estate, construction, building owners, etc.)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Driven, persuasive, and results-oriented
5. Willingness to travel and do fieldwork
6. Knowledge of solar energy is an advantage but not required – we provide training!
7. Must be based in Cebu City, Talisay City and nearby areas or willing to relocate
8. Can start work ASAP
