• Develop and implement sales strategies for HVAC systems and related equipment in Cebu and Visayas.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities among commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.

• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to promote company products and services.

• Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and project quotations.

• Coordinate closely with the design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC-registered) or Licensed Electrical Engineer

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HVAC sales, design, or project management

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and project lifecycle

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, Tagalog, and local Visayan dialects

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering or CRM tools

• Demonstrated ability in technical selling and project coordination

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory
