We’re looking for a Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Davao City or Cagayan De Oro. If you're passionate about building client relationships, closing deals, and delivering technical solutions—this role is for you!

• Manage end-to-end sales of industrial and heavy machinery products
• Conduct client visits, demos, and technical product presentations
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales forecasts using CRM tools
• Oversee product commissioning, training, and after-sales coordination
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Lead accounts receivable collection and customer accreditation
• Provide weekly reports and performance updates to management

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3 years of successful sales experience in industrial/heavy machinery
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the assigned territory
• Based in Davao City or CDO
