We are seeking a Sales Engineer/Sales Executive to join our growing team, specializing in safety and security systems. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong technical foundation—preferably an engineering graduate—who is also skilled in client engagement, solution-based selling, and project coordination. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Promote and sell safety and security solutions (e.g., CCTV, access control, fire detection, and alarm systems) to commercial and industrial clients.
• Conduct product presentations, site surveys, and client consultations to assess needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate design and implementation of solutions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts; identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields)
• At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the safety/security, construction, or electronics industry
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain complex systems
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to do fieldwork when required
• Proficient in MS Office.
