1.Execute and Oversee the Daily/Weekly deployment of Independent Sales Agents ( ISA) based on the daily turn ins target and ensures quality of subscribers.

2. Monitor and ensures to follow the deployment plan given by Sales Head based on port availability and utilization .

3. Deliver the Daily, Monthly and Year to Date Independent Sales Agents(ISA), Sales and Deployment Target (Team/Personal) set by the Sales Head based on the port utilization for both Consumer and SME at assigned area.

4..Recruit quality Independent Sales Agents(ISA) based on the recruitment target and guidelines. Attract applicants by placing ads, contacting recruiters, using social media groups, job sites. Schedule and assess ISA applicants, analyze responses and qualifications, and verify references. Assist in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for Agents

5.Procatively assist ISA in closing deals and with the business process. Monitor and ensure follow through on ISA leads sources and referrals.

6.Ensures compliance of his / her work to the existing Standard Operating procedures(SOP's) of the Companies Policies and Practices; dessiminates updates to ISA on these as needed.
