• Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification equivalent in Marketing, Business or related field often required.
• Administration, Hotel Management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3–4 years sales experience in a similar capacity, preferable an upscale Hotel or Resort.
• With proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Strong Knowledge in analyzing sales data and market trends.
• Able to implement sales strategies / activities and execute action plans.
• Experience in generating new business opportunities through various channels.
• With proven track record in handling Sales Team's sales performance and service standards.
• Excellent communications, presentations and negotiation skills.
• Position is based in Makati.
• Work experience in the same field.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to enhance performance and improve sales techniques.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics and identify new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to GM
