We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales team and drive the achievement of company revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, mentoring team members, and identifying new business opportunities through market analysis and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize individual and group performance.
• Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate across departments to align sales efforts with marketing, product development, and customer service.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales management or a similar role.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Japanese language proficiency (Nihongo) is an advantage.
