Position: Sales manager

Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday

Salary: Basic Pay + Commission of up to Php50,000 depending on quota achievement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree holder
• At least 3 years of working experience in Automotive Sales
• 1 year in supervisory or managerial role
• Amenable to attend face to face interview
• Amenable to work on site and to work with Monday-Saturday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In charge of inspiring and guiding the sales force to meet monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Create and put into action successful sales tactics.
• Keep a close eye on both team and individual performance.
• Improve output, client interaction, and overall profitability, offer continuing coaching and assistance.
• Other task as assigned
