Salary: Php35,000 basic + Php50,000 commission

Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Dayshift)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any Business-related course
• At least 5 years of work experience in sales role in automotive industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in supervisory and managerial role.
• With driver license and knowledgeable to drive 4-wheel vehicle.
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop effective sales strategies and monitor the team performance.
• Provide ongoing training and support the production.
• Handle escalations and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.
