Job Overview:

• Responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, closely monitor individual and team performance, and provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance productivity, customer engagement, and overall profitability.
• Will handle a 7 team and will report to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or related courses
• Preferably with 5 years’ experience in handling sales automotive, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
• Strategic planning and sales forecasting capabilities
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PPT)
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Must be knowledgeable to drive a 4-wheel vehicle with a valid Driver’s license
• Amenable to work Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
