SALES STRATEGY & EXECUTION

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet company goals.
  • Identify new markets and generate leads across different industries.
  • Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch campaigns targeting prospective clients.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and tailor manpower solutions accordingly.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Conduct cold calls, client visits, presentations, and negotiations to win new business.
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare pricing structures and commercial proposals based on market standards and profitability.
  • Lead contract negotiations ensuring both client satisfaction and company margin targets.

TEAM LEADERSHIP

  • Lead, motivate, train, and mentor a team of Sales Account Managers/Telemarketers.
  • Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Monitor the overall performance of the Sales Department.
  • Develop and improve sales tools and processes to enhance efficiency.

MARKET RESEARCH & COMPETITOR ANALYSIS

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings.

REPORTING & DOCUMENTATION

  • Prepare regular sales reports (monthly), forecasts, and pipeline updates via Google Drive.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the sales pipeline.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

  • Communicate and align with other departments.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment, operations, and compliance teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Report weekly and monthly KPIs to management (Managing Director and President).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related course.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a corporate industry.
  • Experience in Manpower Services is an advantage.
