Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential customer accounts.
  • Plan and forecast sales volumes based on market analysis and trends in the tile and building materials sector.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and skill-development activities.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales staff as needed.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, contractors, architects, designers, and retailers.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.

4. Market & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tile Express products, competitors’ offerings, and industry trends.
  • Recommend new product lines, pricing strategies, and promotions based on market needs.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support product launches and campaigns.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline updates.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to meet customer demand.


Qualifications

  • Leadership & Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team toward achieving branch goals and targets.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Skilled in planning, implementing, and monitoring sales initiatives to increase revenue and market share.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining rapport with customers and staff. Able to effectively manage relationships across all levels.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Skilled in resolving complex issues quickly and efficiently. Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment while keeping the best interest of the business and customers in mind.
  • Multitasking & Organizational Skills: Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, managing time efficiently, and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive customer experiences and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Educational Requirements: A college graduate with a degree in any field, preferably in business-related courses such as Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
