• Lead and manage the sales department to achieve company targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and performance plans
• Supervise and motivate the sales team to ensure productivity
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships
• Prepare and present sales reports to management

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales management or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Overseas Chinese candidates with strong sales experience are highly preferred
