Sales Team Leader

Serves as our early-stage Sales Manager in preparation for future scale. This role is critical in driving new business acquisition, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the refinement of our sales strategies. Initially, this person will act as both an individual contributor and a hands-on team leader. The role demands a seasoned, self-starting sales professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and requires minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in Transports and Logistics, Telecommunications, Real Estate Operations, SaaS and Tech Solutions
• Experience handling complex sales cycles, high-value deals, and C-level negotiations.
• Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Background in building sales pipelines from scratch and influencing deal structures (pricing, SLAs, contract terms).
