JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 3 years of experience as Sales Manager
• Experience working in the same industry is an advantage
• Willing to work on site
• Willing to attend face to face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and execute successful business plans and sales strategies in both B2B and B2C markets.
• Oversee and manage connections with clients, distributors, and retailers.
• Conduct market research, examine sales data and trends, and produce precise sales predictions.
• Create and preserve solid, enduring relationships with your partners and customers.
• Plan and carry out marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry events in conjunction with marketing teams.
• Oversee the sales budget, keep an eye on spending, and create thorough reports and presentations for upper management.
