We, at Astron Appliances Philippines, are looking for a Sales Manager to expand our aircon installer and dealer network.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding our nationwide network of aircon installers, resellers, and dealer partners. This role combines field sales, relationship management, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate understands how to engage clients and is charismatic, has strong B2B sales instincts, and can develop long-term partnerships that drive volume, brand loyalty, and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

> Recruit and onboard aircon installers and dealer partners

> Drive B2B sales and meet monthly volume targets

> Manage key accounts and maintain strong partner relationships

> Conduct product trainings and coordinate with technical/service teams

> Implement promos, incentives, and sales programs

> Monitor competitors and provide market insights

> Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications

> Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

> At least 3–5 years experience in sales

> Has experience in B2B account management

> Proven track record in building and managing business partnerships.

> Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

> Willing to travel frequently nationwide (expenses are paid)

> It's a plus if candidate has knowledge in appliance sales, HVAC, aircon
