Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Real Estate Management
  • 3-5 Years Experience in Sales Support Admin (Real Estate)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong Organizational and Multitasking Skills
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Team Player with Positive Attitude
  • Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig City


Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Documentation and Administrative Support
  • Prepare, process and verify real estate documents such as reservation agreement forms, contracts, amendments and other forms required.
  • Monitor and follow up on client requirements, document submissions and payments (when needed).
  • Monitor and update unit availability, price lists, and sales status.
  • Coordinate with collection and documentation teams to ensure timely processing of transactions.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for sales records and client information.
  • Ensure smooth internal communication within the sales team and with other departments.
  • Track and file signed contracts, agreements, and other sales-related documents.
  • Assist in providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, including memorandum writing, preparing sample computations and other related tasks.
  • Client and Sales Team Support
  • Assist in booking schedules for site visits, trippings, and client meetings.
  • Coordinate vehicle requests for client trippings and sales activities through the receptionist and drivers.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with sellers regarding their clients reservations, payments, and documentation status
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and other status.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate team
  • Coordinate between the sales team and other departments (e.g., accounting, treasury, documentation).
  • Reporting and Data Management
  • Update and maintain sales databases with accurate client and transaction records.
  • Track pending deals, collections, and commissions.
