We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team at the Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu. This role will focus in promoting and selling coffee machines, coffee raw materials and ingredients to coffee shop businesses and consumers managing and expanding our sales, driving sales performance and maintaining strong professional relationships within our clients.
Sales and Promotion: Presenting and selling coffee equipment and raw materials to potential clients, providing demonstrations, and developing sales strategies to meet targets.
Client Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, responding to inquiries, and following up on leads.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining current knowledge of coffee industry trends and new products, understanding and explaining the features and benefits of the equipment.
Reporting and Coordination: Preparing sales reports, coordinating with other team members and departments, and negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Training and Support: Training customers on how to use the coffee equipment and providing educational materials and resources.
Sales Skills: Ability to effectively sell coffee equipment to various clients, including cafes, restaurants, and individual customers.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of different types of coffee equipment and their features to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients, creating long-term relationships and repeat business.
Communication Skills: Clearly expressing the benefits and usage of the coffee equipment, addressing client queries and concerns.
Customer Service Skills: Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing post-sale support .

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, consider developing the following:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Must have a proven solid experience in sales, broker relations, or real estate network management.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Highly motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple relationships and sales initiatives effectively.
Knowledge of social media marketing and online sales platforms is an advantage.
